3. Legal bases
- Legitimate interests: operation, security, abuse prevention and service moderation.
- Consent: non-essential advertising cookies, storage and processing.
5. Google AdSense
When advertising is enabled, the AdSense tag is loaded only after a positive choice. Google may then process online identifiers, device information, IP addresses and interaction data according to choices collected by a Google-certified TCF-compatible CMP.

The site’s lightweight banner is a loading safeguard. It does not replace the regulatory message and TCF consent chain supplied by the certified CMP.
6. Recipients and transfers
Data is processed by the publisher, Cloudflare and the public geo.api.gouv.fr platform to determine the department. If advertising is allowed, Google and vendors disclosed through the CMP may also process data. Some processing may involve transfers outside the EEA under their applicable contractual safeguards.
7. Your rights
Depending on your circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, or object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting previous processing.

You may also lodge a complaint with theCNIL.
8. Security and public descriptions
Do not include names, licence plates, telephone numbers or other personal data in a report description. Descriptions and roadblock coordinates are publicly visible during their lifetime.
